The final exhibition of the national painting competition "Motherland" among children and adolescents has been anonunced jointly by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Children-Youth Development Center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan State Art Gallery and the Khatai Art Center.

The final exhibition of the competition will be held at Khatai Art Center on December 26, 2017 at 16:00.

The purpose of the competition is to protect the environment, to promote the feeling of love for the motherland, to promote national traditions, to develop aesthetic and artistic taste, to develop creative abilities, to express imagination, to reveal talented children and young people.

Children and teens under the age of 15 participated in the competition with 3 works each of them on the theme of praising our native land. About 800 children with up to 1700 works participated in the competition.
