This exhibition, organized by The Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan and State Art Gallery o Azerbaijan was opened on February 3, 6:00 p.m, in “Baku Book Center”. The exhibition was held for purpose of developing a abilities of youths, agitated to participate in art competitions and events. The head of the department of fine and decorative art at the Ministry of Culture Galib Gasimov in his opening speech said that an importances of this exhibition. He added that in the next times this art project “AXIN” would be developed in the”Year if Volunteers” .The director of Baku Book Center Gunel Rzaeva added that the art . Know no bounds and she supported the organisation of like events.  Later, the guests got acquainted with the exposition. The young participants of the exhibition was awarded the diploma by State Art Gallery of Azerbaijan.   Although, the young artist Elchin Husein’s painting “Meal of tea” was gifted to Gunel Rzaeva on behalf of Azerbaijan State Art Gallery.
