The first large-scale project dedicated to digital art, the “Digitalart-lab”’s preparations begin in Azerbaijan

 The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Art Gallery of Azerbaijan are beginning  new project called "Digitalart-lab".  The project’s intends are to present digital art to the general public, the modern development of Azerbaijani art, the artistic peculiarities of artists, artistic trends in their work, stylistic features, original ideas and techniques. It should be noted that Digitalart-lab is the first large-scale project dedicated to digital art in Azerbaijan.

The rapid digitalization of the world and Azerbaijan during the fourth industrial revolution, the application of innovations, new technologies in various fields, has also become developing in the field of art.

The Digitalart-lab project aims to collaborate with young, professional and amateur artists working in this innovative field of art in our country, to recognize their creative styles.  The project is planned to be implemented in accordance with the concept of "Working with young artists" of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Digitalart-lab project is planned to be implemented in several stages.  At the first stage, the works of artists working in this field will be reviewed. At the next stage, online trainings and seminars will be organized for  participants selected by experts and artist Natig Kamal. At the next stage, as a result of the art, a virtual exhibition’s certificates will be awarded to the participants.  We invite you to discover your creative potential with us!
