The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan State Art Gallery, the Azerbaijan Office of the International Watercolor Society (IWS Azerbaijan) and the Khatai Art Center organized the next Baku International Watercolor Festival "Caspian Waves" as part of the "Year of Volunteers".  The artist of the event was Ilham Maharramoglu.

In addition to,on the master class the artist has shared his creativity and techniques, has worked on two works, still lifes "Pomegranate" and "Sails" in watercolor technique.

It should be noted that the festival is held to increase interest in watercolor paintings, as well as to show the world the nature, historical monuments, culture and modern development of Azerbaijan in the works of local and foreign artists.
