The final exhibition of the republican children's drawings " Freedom Lovers day-20 January" will be held by Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Khatai District Executive Authority, Azerbaijan Artists Union, Azerbaijan State Art Gallery and Khatai Art Center.

The final exhibition of the competition will be held at Khatai Art Center on January 18, 2018, at 16:00.

The aim of the competition which held among children and adolescents, is to hallow tragedy of 20 January, 1990, which went down in history of the struggle for the freedom and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, as a heroism page, and is to remember again and convey the love of motherland, land, flag and freedom to our future generations.

About 300 children participate in the competiton with more than 400 works. At the final exhibition it is planned to present about 120 works by 110 children and to present the works of Faik Ahmadov "1990", dedicated to the 20 January tragedy kept in the fund of the Azerbaijan State Art Gallery.

Schoolchildren from Khatai, Lankaran, Khirdalan, Absheron, Balakhani, Sumgayit, Sabunchu, Gakh, Pirallahi, Mashtagha, Ganja, Goranboy regions, including Khatai Children's Painting School, Lankaran Town Children's Art School, Mashtaga Cultural Center Drawing course, Elif center, Asra Training Center, Ganja Children's Art School, Goranboy Children's Art School, NigArt studio and other collectives showed special activity in the competition.
