With the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting Closed Joint-Stock Company, Khatai District Executive Power, Azerbaijan Artists Union, Nakhchivan Artists Union, Azerbaijan State Art Gallery and Khatai Art Center on May 25-27, 2021 at 11:  A plein air will be held at 00 as part of the 4th Republican Children's Art Festival "My Azerbaijan".

It should be noted that the festival, organized as part of the "Year of Nizami Ganjavi", is aimed at developing the artistic taste of children, adolescents and young people with artistic talent, stimulating their creativity, forming children's attitude to the cultural environment and improving their approach to it.  It is held in order to instill in the youth the heroism of the brave Azerbaijani Army in the Great Patriotic War.

The author of the best 30 works in the 3 age categories selected in the competition will take part in the plein air, which will be held as part of the festival.

Festival participants will be awarded with diplomas and gifts.

The plein air will be held in front of the Khatai Art Center.
