The support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Closed Joint Stock Company of Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting, the Khatai District Executive Authority, organized by Azerbaijan Union of Artists, Azerbaijan State Art Gallery, Khatai Art Center, IWS Globe International Watercolor Society Azerbaijan Representation, IWS Khatai Kids Art traditional festival which is dedicated to the Republic Day of Azerbaijan – May 28 in the international format to stimulate the creativity of children, teenagers. and young people and increasing public interest in works painted with watercolor technique ring up the curtain and a competition is announced within the festival 7th CHILDREN AND YOUTH INTERNATIONAL PAİNTİNG FESTIVAL “MY AZERBAIJAN”.

Children, teenagers. and young people aged between 8 and 21 who are citizens of Azerbaijan and foreign countries can participate in the competition by filling out the participation form by 10 April 2024 and sending it to the email address [email protected]

• The subject of the exhibition; Flowers

• Works must be sent individually, information must be complete.
• Each participant can enter a maximum of three works, but only one work from each author will be accepted after the selections.
• The author's age will be considered during the selection and the correct composition, color choice and individual thought will be preferred.
• A pre-announced panel will make selections of judges.
• Selection will be conducted in three age categories. 8-12, 13-16, 17-21 years old.
• Unexhibited - we would like to see new works!
• Preliminary selections will be conducted online.
• On April 20, the list of works and authors that have passed the first round will be announced.
• Selected works should be delivered to the address by 10, 2024.
• A separate exhibition will be held for each age category.
• An online catalog of the exhibition will be prepared.
• The works of foreign citizens will be framed and exhibited by us, and these works can be sent back at the participant's own expense.
• The participants whose work is exhibited will be presented with a certificate.
• The author of the 10 best works from the exhibition for each age group will receive an invitation to the festival.
• Festival participants will be awarded with awards and diplomas. and gifts separately for each age group.
• Participation in the competition and festival is free of charge.
• A citizen of a foreign country whose work is selected can participate in exhibitions and festivals at his own expense.
