The awarding ceremony of the winners of the “Jan Azerbaijan” creativity competition and the opening ceremony of the Khatai Watercolor Gallery were held with the organization the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Union of Azerbaijan Artists, the Azerbaijan State Art Gallery, IWS Azerbaijan (IWS Globe) and the Khatai Art Center. Director of the Azerbaijan State Art Gallery Galib Gasimov congratulated the winners of the "Jan Azerbaijan" competition, wished success to artists engaged in watercolor and graphic arts, and spoke about the importance of the competition. Then the director of the Khatai Art Center Zahid Avazov and an employee of the IWS Globe - International Watercolor Society in Azerbaijan Sabina Iskenderli  presented the awards of the winners. At the end of the event, the guests got acquainted with the newly established Khatai Watercolor Gallery.
