The Azerbaijan State Art Gallery has presented a video dedicated to the March genocide.
One of the most terrible tragedies of the Azerbaijani people was the genocide committed in March-April 1918. The massacres that began in Baku spread throughout Azerbaijan. Hundreds of settlements were destroyed, thousands of Azerbaijanis were brutally killed. The tragedies committed against our people in the fine arts of Azerbaijan, and especially in the works of artists, have been described at all stages of history. A series of graphics and paintings by artist Nazim Mammadov dedicated to the March 1918 genocide are included in the video, prepared by the Azerbaijan State Art Gallery. The video was posted on the official Facebook and Instagram pages of the Azerbaijan State Art Gallery.
