Master classes continue as part of the 1st Baku International Watercolor Festival "Caspian Waves".
 The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, the State Art Gallery of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Office of the International Watercolor Society (IWS Azerbaijan) and the Khatai Art Center organized the next event within the I Baku International Watercolor Festival "Caspian Waves"- the master class of the artist Fakhraddin Gahramanli took place.
 İn the this master class, the guest of the event, a well-known artist,  lecturer of the Azerbaijan University of Culture and Arts Fakhraddin Gahramanli, painted the landscape "Nahajir mountain".
